Outdoor work, specified properly

Resin bound driveways
A smooth, permeable finish in natural stone aggregate. Quieter than block, kinder to rainwater, and suited to houses that should not look newly “done”. We excavate, rebuild the sub-base, set the edgings and lay the resin in a weather window — not as a thin topping over tired ground.
We do not start with a colour chart. We start with how you use the garden, where the water goes, and what the house can carry. Then we specify the surface.
The quotation is written to the ground in front of us, not to a standard package. If the sub-base is tired, we say so. If the falls run the wrong way, we correct them before a single bag of resin is opened.
The same crews lay resin, paving and brickwork week in, week out. This is not a general builder squeezing in a driveway.
Specified materials
The resin, porcelain, brick and drainage are named on the quotation. What is written is what arrives on site.
Programmed, not rushed
A weather window and a written sequence. We do not pour resin on a wet Thursday because the diary is full.
Design before we dig
Levels, falls and how the garden meets the house are agreed first. Colour charts come after that.
Testimonials
What clients say
We wanted a patio that suited an older house, not a showroom. Porcelain on a solid base, brick steps, and lighting that does not shout. It feels like it has always been there.
The old tarmac was pulling water towards the house. They rebuilt the sub-base, put in a linear drain, and finished in resin. It still looks calm after a winter of school runs.

We wanted a patio that sat with the house, not a showroom. Porcelain on a proper base, brick steps, and the site left tidier than we expected.
James P.
Homeowner, Oswestry
The garden was unusable after dark. Path lights and a couple of uplights on the trees — nothing shouty. Neighbours have asked who did it.
